Dr. Michael A. Cirillo is a licensed psychologist and board-certified clinical neuropsychologist with over 25 years of experience providing comprehensive neuropsychological and forensic evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Board certification through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) represents the highest level of specialty certification in psychology and is held by a small percentage of practicing psychologists nationwide.
Dr. Cirillo specializes in the evaluation of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, mood and anxiety disorders, traumatic brain injury, neurological conditions, dementia, and other cognitive and emotional disorders. His evaluations are designed to provide diagnostic clarity, identify individual strengths and challenges, and offer practical recommendations that support educational planning, treatment, and everyday functioning.
Dr. Cirillo also has extensive experience in forensic neuropsychology, including Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), disability and workers' compensation evaluations, parental capacity assessments, and other civil forensic matters. He serves as a forensic evaluator for the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) and works collaboratively with attorneys, courts, physicians, and other professionals.
His approach emphasizes careful assessment, objective analysis, and clear, actionable recommendations that assist individuals, families, health care providers, and legal professionals in making informed decisions.
Dr. Bertha-Elena Rojas, Psy.D., M.Ed.

Dr. Bertha-Elena Rojas is a clinical psychologist licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut and a neuropsychologist with over 25 years of experience. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (now William James College).
Dr. Rojas provides comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults with autism spectrum disorder, neurodevelopmental disorders, learning disabilities, and social-emotional challenges. Her extensive background in public education—as a school psychologist, principal, and district administrator—provides a unique perspective in working with children, families, schools, and caregivers navigating the complexities of educational systems and special education services. She also conducts independent educational and neuropsychological evaluations for school districts and families.
Dr. Rojas has specialized expertise in culturally responsive assessment and conducts evaluations for bilingual (Spanish-English) and multilingual individuals. Her approach emphasizes cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and a comprehensive understanding of the social and contextual factors that influence psychological and cognitive functioning.
In her forensic practice, Dr. Rojas serves as an evaluator for the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) and the Office of the Federal Public Defender (FPD). Her forensic specialties include evaluations related to parole eligibility under the Commonwealth v. Mattis decision, Care and Protection proceedings, and other civil legal matters. She provides comprehensive, objective evaluations designed to assist attorneys, courts, and other professionals in legal decision-making.
